what the puff’d?!
Cheez-It perfected the cheese puff. But it was simply too innovative, and caused consumer confusion. Was it a marshmallow? A Cheez-It gusher? When they finally tried it - they loved it.
Consumer confusion became our creative strategy. And Kellogg’s biggest launch of the decade had high expectations, but is projected to outperform the brand’s last super successful launch (Cheez-It Snap’d (which we also did)).
